After a flood event, what should we be looking at for the exterior?

Anything that was underwater long-term will need more than a clean — paint failure, render failure, timber damage. Acreage block — can you do the whole property in one visit?
Usually yes, but the day will be longer or the crew bigger. Acreage is more setup time, more driveway, more gutter run-metres, more garden — but it's economic to do as a single visit rather than split. We quote per property after a walk-around.
